“Local Flair” Cooking Demo(Monday June 16 and Friday June 20 - $20 per person)
Spend 90 minutes with Chef Dale Presson, who has over 40 years of food experience and received his culinary training near Naples Italy. He gravitates towards Italian style recipe development and seeks the freshest, local ingredients preparing dishes with simplicity and flavor. On Monday he will feature two styles of fresh pasta with seafood/vegetarian condiments and on Friday it will be two types of fresh gnocchi, one with a “surprise twist” unless you have visited Rome on a Thursday!
